About Us
At Neighborly Samaritan, service to the mature community is not simply a profession — it is a responsibility we take seriously. Our founder brings over six years of hands-on clinical experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, including four and a half years serving in a high-demand Emergency Department setting. For the past two years, she has worked closely with individuals and families in home care, earning a reputation for attentiveness, reliability, and genuine compassion. Families have consistently requested her personally — not because of marketing, but because of the standard of care they experienced.
Neighborly Samaritan was established to raise the standard of non-medical home care. Too often, care is assigned and left unchecked. We believe families deserve more than that. Our agency is built on structured oversight and consistent follow-through. We conduct ongoing follow-up visits, reassess needs as they evolve, and remain actively involved to ensure services align with what was promised.
Compassion alone is not enough — it must be paired with accountability. Every caregiver representing Neighborly Samaritan is thoroughly screened, insured, and bonded to provide families with confidence and peace of mind. We maintain clear standards, strong communication, and proactive supervision so that care remains dependable, respectful, and professional.
The name Neighborly Samaritan reflects a simple principle: meaningful care is demonstrated through action. It is not just about showing kindness — it is about showing up consistently, protecting dignity, and serving with integrity. We are committed to providing structured, reliable, and compassionate support so families can feel secure in their decision and confident in the care their loved one receives.
